I’m a certified fitness trainer and recent Exercise Science graduate at Immaculata University, specializing in strength training, injury prevention, and performance optimization. With hands-on experience in physical therapy settings and athletic leadership as an NCAA soccer captain, I bring a science-based and results-driven approach to training.
I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from beginners looking to build confidence to athletes aiming to improve performance—helping them move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free. I also have experience working with geriatric populations, individuals with conditions such as sickle cell disease, and other special populations, focusing on safe, individualized programming that improves mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
